2. These terms
These terms apply to every order placed on this website by consumers in the United Kingdom. Please read them before ordering. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
3. Products
We describe our products as accurately as possible. Product images are for illustration, and packaging may vary slightly from the photographs. Trading card booster products contain randomly assorted cards: we cannot guarantee that any specific card or rarity will be found in a pack, box or case.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are the final price you pay. CARDS & MOOR LTD is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added. UK shipping is free (£0.00) and no other fees are added at checkout. We currently accept PayPal. Payment is taken securely at checkout; we never see or store your PayPal login or full card details.
5. Your order
Your order is an offer to buy. Our acceptance takes place when we email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched, at which point the contract between us is formed. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or the price was clearly listed in error; if so, we will tell you and refund any payment in full. We may limit quantities per customer on limited-release products.
6. Pre-orders
Pre-order items are dispatched as soon as our stock arrives. The expected date is shown on the product page. If the release is delayed we will let you know by email, and you can cancel for a full refund at any time before dispatch.
7. Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery times and details are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or to someone you have nominated.
8. Your right to return
You can return items for free within 30 days of delivery, as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy. This is longer than the minimum cancellation period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and it does not affect those rights. We process your refund as soon as your return reaches us.
9. Faulty goods
Our products must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If they are not, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including a full refund within 30 days of delivery, and repair or replacement after that.
10. Safety (machinery)
Chainsaws and other machinery must be used in line with the manufacturer's instructions and with suitable protective equipment. Please read the manual supplied before first use.
11. Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law. We are not liable for business losses.

13. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of your home nation.
