Do you deliver outside the UK?
No. We currently deliver to UK addresses only (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland).
How much is delivery?
Shipping is free (£0.00) on every UK order, with no minimum spend and no other fees added at checkout.
How long will my order take?
We dispatch within 1–3 working days, and delivery takes 3–7 working days after that. See our Shipping Policy.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return items for free with a prepaid label. Sealed card products must be unopened. See Returns & Refunds for how to start a return and when refunds are issued.
Are your trading card products sealed?
Yes. Our booster boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes and cases are sold brand new and factory sealed. Packs contain randomly assorted cards, so specific cards cannot be guaranteed.
How do pre-orders work?
Pre-order items ship as soon as our stock arrives. The expected date is on the product page, and you can cancel for a full refund at any time before dispatch.
Do chainsaws come with a battery or fuel?
It depends on the listing: each product page says exactly what is included. Petrol chainsaws are supplied without fuel or oil.
