Cards & Moor is operated by CARDS & MOOR LTD. We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). We do not currently ship outside the UK.
Shipping costs
- Standard UK delivery: £0.00 (free) on every order, with no minimum spend.
- No other shipping, handling, tax or payment fees are added at checkout. The total shown in your basket is the total you pay.
Delivery times
- Handling time: orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 working days of payment.
- Transit time: delivery usually takes 3–7 working days after dispatch.
- Total: most orders arrive within 4–10 working days of being placed.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday are processed on the next working day. Unless we agree a different date with you, we will deliver within 30 days of your order.
Pre-orders
Pre-order items are dispatched as soon as our stock arrives. The expected dispatch date is shown on the product page. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, it is sent when every item is available, unless you ask us to split it. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it is dispatched.
Order confirmation and tracking
You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout and a dispatch email when your order leaves us, including a tracking number where the delivery service provides one. See Track Your Order.
Delivery problems
Goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered to you. If your parcel is late, lost or arrives damaged, call +44 7441 905186 or email althaki97@mail.com with your order number (and photos if anything is damaged). We will investigate with the carrier and send a replacement or give you a full refund.
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us straight away; we can change it before the order is dispatched.
