Chainsaws and machinery
- Read the STIHL instruction manual fully before first use.
- Chainsaws are dangerous. Get proper instruction before using one and never use a chainsaw when tired or unwell.
- Always wear chainsaw protective equipment: a helmet with visor and ear defenders, protective gloves, chainsaw-protective trousers and safety boots.
- Store fuel, chain oil and machinery out of reach of children.
- Use only the batteries and chargers specified by the manufacturer for cordless machines.
Trading card products
- Follow the age guidance printed on the manufacturer's packaging.
- Dispose of packaging responsibly and keep plastic wrapping away from young children.

KG (STIHL machinery). Manufacturer contact details are printed on the product packaging, and we will give them to you on request.
Recalls and safety concerns
If a manufacturer issues a safety recall for a product we have sold, we will contact affected customers using their order details. If you think a product is unsafe, stop using it and email althaki97@mail.com with your order number and photos.
