Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under UK law, which are not affected.

Our returns policy at a glance

  • Return window: 30 days from the day you receive your order.
  • Return cost: free. We send you a prepaid returns label.
  • Return method: by post, using our prepaid label.
  • Refund method: back to your original payment method (PayPal), in full.
  • Refund time: we issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or proof that you have posted it, whichever is sooner).
  • Fees: no restocking or refund fees.

How to start a return

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery: email althaki97@mail.com, call or text +44 7441 905186, or use our contact form.
  2. Tell us your order number and which items you want to return. No reason is needed.
  3. We email you a free prepaid returns label and the returns address.
  4. Pack the items securely, attach the label and drop the parcel at the carrier.
  5. We email you when your refund has been issued.

Condition of returned items

  • Items should be returned unused, complete and, where possible, in their original packaging.
  • Sealed trading card products (booster boxes, packs, cases and Elite Trainer Boxes) must be returned unopened, with the factory seal intact. Once a seal is broken, the contents cannot be checked or resold as new.
  • Machinery (including chainsaws) must be returned unused. Petrol machines must not have been filled with fuel or chain oil.

If an item comes back opened, used or damaged beyond what was needed to inspect it, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value, as UK law allows.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item is faulty, damaged in transit or not what you ordered, contact us with your order number and photos. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you can reject faulty goods for a full refund within 30 days of delivery; after that you are entitled to a repair or replacement (or a refund if neither is possible). We cover all return postage for faulty or incorrect items.

Pre-orders

You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it is dispatched. After delivery, pre-order items have the same 30-day free returns as every other product.
