Some products are sold as pre-orders before we have them in stock. Pre-order products are clearly marked “Pre-order” on the product page, in the basket and in the product title.
How pre-orders work
- Payment is taken when you place your order.
- We dispatch your pre-order as soon as our stock arrives. The expected dispatch date is shown on the product page where it is known.
- Delivery is free to UK addresses and usually takes 3–7 working days after dispatch.
- If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we send everything together when all items are available, unless you ask us to split the order.
Delays
Release dates are set by the manufacturer and can change. If a release is delayed, we will email you with the new expected date.
Cancelling
You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it is dispatched. Email althaki97@mail.com with your order number. Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days.
After delivery
